Specialist Diabetes Care Advisor (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Outpatient and inpatient consultations in individual and group settings (including diabetes mellitus, bariatrics/obesity)
• Support in the administration of infusion therapies on a rota basis
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Conducting internal training sessions and lectures

Profile

• Registered nurse HF/FH and diabetes care advisor or diabetes consultant HöFa1/DAS/HFP (with foreign diploma recognised by the SRK)
• Professional experience advantageous
• Willingness to participate in personal and professional development in a continuously evolving field
• Independent and responsible working style
• High level of written and communication skills, teamwork and social competence
