ICT Support Specialist / Modern Workplace (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you will start your career as a Junior IT System Administrator in a dynamic environment with diverse tasks. You will support the maintenance and further development of IT systems, contribute to the stability of the infrastructure, and ensure that technical processes run smoothly. You will have the opportunity to continuously expand your knowledge and gain practical experience in demanding IT topics. Responsibilities:
Ensuring professional IT user service and reliable support for everyday technical issues via various support channels
Responsibility for the operational workplace lifecycle from installing new devices to maintaining and inventorying the deployed IT equipment
Promoting efficient use of Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and other digital work tools through support, onboarding, and knowledge transfer
Supporting the modernisation of the internal IT landscape through project participation and collaboration with specialised technology partners
Qualifications:
Solid IT educational background and initial professional experience from training, internship, or comparable support activities
Good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem with a focus on Windows and Microsoft 365, as well as interest in modern workplace technologies
Customer-oriented and reliable personality who approaches technical problems in a structured manner and takes responsibility for their resolution
Enjoys teamwork and working with different contacts, with confident communication skills in German and English
