Role:
Our client is an established corporate group in the Swiss healthcare sector, providing specialised services with high professional quality. To strengthen the finance and accounting department, we are looking for a committed individual who will make an important contribution to efficient and compliant financial accounting.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of accounts payable, including checking, coding, and posting incoming invoices
Management of the digital accounts payable workflow from invoice receipt to posting in the ERP system
Preparation and execution of payment runs
Maintenance and administration of accounts payable master data
Handling of reminders and reconciliation of accounts payable accounts
Assistance with quarterly, half-year, and annual financial statements
Deputising in accounts receivable and general ledger accounting
Support and supervision of apprentices as a practical trainer
Participation in projects for the digitalisation and optimisation of financial processes
Contact person for internal and external stakeholders on accounting-related questions
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) with further training as an accounting clerk or finance clerk is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in accounts payable or finance and accounting
Good knowledge of Swiss accounting and the Code of Obligations (OR)
Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems; experience with digital accounts payable workflows is an advantage
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
