ICT System Engineer

To strengthen our ICT team, which ensures service for the entire Zweifel Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic as well as customer- and solution-oriented personality for our locations in Zurich and Spreitenbach, with deployment at both workplaces, immediately or by arrangement
This is what you can achieve with us...
- Ensuring the stable, secure, and available operation of the IT backend infrastructure including monitoring, patch/lifecycle management, and capacity planning
- Independent planning and execution of internal and cross-departmental projects for the renewal and further development of the IT infrastructure
- Analysis and sustainable resolution of disruptions (2nd/3rd level), including root cause analyses and problem management
- Further development of IT services and architecture/standards in collaboration with the Head of ICT
- Definition, implementation, automation, and documentation of IT processes
- Creation and maintenance of system documentation, operational documents, and manuals
- Support of 1st and 2nd level support
Why you will succeed...
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on system technology or equivalent education/training
- Mandatory 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Proven experience in project participation in migrations/renewals in productive environments, project management is a plus
- Solid practical experience in operating and further developing Windows server systems and modern cloud services with a focus on Microsoft 365 (Azure, Intune, and Teams telephony)
- Know-how in automation and scripting, virtualization, network, storage and backup solutions as well as security hardening, MFA, and conditional access
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills; French skills are an advantage
- On-call and travel readiness (Switzerland and neighboring countries, approx. 20%)
- Driver's license category B
