Role:
The company is an internationally active Swiss food manufacturer with a long-standing tradition and a strong position in the field of high-quality herbal and gourmet products.

Responsibilities:
You take strategic responsibility for group controlling and shape the financial development of the company together with the CFO, CEO, and group management.
Through meaningful analyses and key figures, you make the economic development transparent and support management in strategic and operational decisions.
From medium-term planning through budgeting to ongoing forecasts, you are responsible for the global planning processes and further develop them in terms of quality, efficiency, and meaningfulness.
You work closely with the business units, identify potentials along the value chain, and derive initiatives for profitable growth, better margins, and higher efficiency.
The further development of performance management as well as the transformation of the controlling organisation towards modern, automated, and data-based solutions are among your central tasks.
For investments and strategic projects, you ensure well-founded business cases and a transparent, value-oriented allocation of financial resources.
Qualifications:
A completed degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable higher education forms your professional basis.
You bring many years of experience in a demanding finance or controlling leadership role.
Sound knowledge in performance management, profitability control, and product costing as well as a good understanding of operational value drivers are part of your profile.
Several years of leadership experience and enjoyment in developing teams and talents distinguish you.
You have proven experience with finance transformations and at the same time the willingness to drive operational topics forward yourself if necessary.
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, at least at C1 level complete your profile.
