Your tasks:

• You ensure the smooth running of operations.
• You take care of the preparation and processing of foodstuffs, as well as the cooking of food.
• You rigorously manage stocks and handle internal and external orders.
• You supervise kitchen assistants and ensure the quality and smoothness of service.
• You guarantee strict compliance with food safety standards.
• You pay particular attention to equipment and premises, thus creating a clean working environment.

What you bring:

• You have accumulated several years of experience in a similar position, demonstrating solid expertise.
• You have good knowledge of French.
• Working continuous hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays is not an obstacle for you.
• Your ability to take responsibility and your warm approach are major assets.
• Your professional background attests to your ability to work independently while remaining attentive to your hierarchy.
