As co-head of the nutritional counselling service, you will lead the inpatient and outpatient nutritional counselling services in collaboration with your co-head and actively contribute to their development on technical, human, and organisational levels.

Your tasks – our position
- Lead, support and encourage the staff of the outpatient nutritional counselling service
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centred nutritional counselling based on scientific data
- Organise and develop processes, structures and the team
- Participate in recruitment, integration, as well as planning of shifts and leave
- Promote an open culture of feedback, learning and reflection
- Actively participate in the service’s activities
- Collaborate closely with various professions and disciplines
- Co-responsibility for quality, budget and project implementation
Your skills – our expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in nutritional counselling
- Several years of professional experience
- Experience in management or further training in human resources management and management in the healthcare sector, or willingness to train
- Very good technical and practical knowledge
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in development, change and collaboration
- Good written and spoken knowledge of German and French
