Your tasks
- Processing of telephone and written customer orders
- Customer service and advice in direct sales
- Assistance with inventory management
- Independent handling of complaints, returns and warranty processing
- Delivery of customer orders if required
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as an automotive specialist or retail specialist
- Experience in the automotive industry or in a comparable role
- Good PC skills with MS Office as well as ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics AX)
- Driving licence category B and good knowledge of German
- Neat appearance and customer-oriented manners
- Efficient and reliable working style
