Project Staff and Assistant Head Vault, Infrastructure & Security

• From planning to acceptance, you support project management in construction, infrastructure and building technology projects and coordinate internal specialist departments, planners, subcontractors, suppliers and external partners
• You always keep an eye on deadlines, costs, quality and project progress, conduct on-site construction inspections and take appropriate measures in case of schedule or project risks
• You create and monitor project and schedule plans, keep milestones and deadlines in view and coordinate meetings, construction discussions and acceptances
• With your technical know-how, you check construction, assembly and installation plans as well as electrical schematics and contribute to the planning, inspection and acceptance of access controls, alarm systems, CCTV and vault systems
• You ensure compliance with construction, quality and safety standards as well as internal guidelines and ensure smooth interfaces between internal departments and external service providers
• You also keep the administrative threads together – from correspondence, request for quotations and invoice checks to minutes, status reports and presentations as well as project, maintenance and service dossiers

• Technical or commercial basic training (EFZ) with further education in construction, facility management or building technology. Further training as a technical clerk, construction technician HF, facility manager or comparable as well as additional training or experience in security technology are advantageous
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in construction, building technology, facility management or project assistance as well as experience with construction or infrastructure projects, construction inspections and construction documentation
• Confident handling of construction and electrical plans, electrical schematics and technical documentation of security systems as well as basic knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (SIA, SUVA, VKF, SNV)
• Knowledge of vault systems, security systems and physical security is an advantage
• Proficient use of MS Office and project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet; basic CAD knowledge in AutoCAD or MicroStation is an advantage
• Structured, independent and reliable working style as well as strong organisational and coordination skills. You act proactively, solution-oriented, resilient and flexible
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance as well as a high degree of discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with sensitive security information
• German at native or business fluent level (C1/C2) as well as business fluent English or French skills
