As a training partner of SBB, BLS, RhB, the Public Transport Union (UTP) and over 80 other companies in the mobility sector and related fields, login professional training SA organises apprenticeships, internships and advanced training with a market-oriented approach for more than 2100 trainees in over 35 different professions.
For the Training unit of login professional training SA in Bellinzona we are looking for a 1st January 2027 or date to be agreed
What you can set in motion:
- Supervision and support of trainees as polymechanics and production mechanics with a Federal VET Diploma during basic training up to the partial examination
- Planning, coordinating and delivering theoretical and practical training and ensuring the achievement of all learning objectives
- Processing customer production orders together with the trainees
- Ensuring operational practice together with other professional trainers and further developing training according to entrepreneurial principles, with particular attention to the Kaizen philosophy
- Acquisition of production orders
- Coordination, implementation and evaluation of orientation internships
Your requirements:
- Completed training as a Federal VET Diploma polymechanic with at least two years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of CNC and CAM programming, ideally also Autodesk Inventor
- Continuing pedagogical training as a trainer for inter-company courses (CI) and/or specialist technical training (SSST) or willingness to obtain it in both areas
- Strong interest in training young adults
- Ability to think and act entrepreneurially and enjoyment in planning and organising
