Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

In this role, as an HR Generalist Payroll Specialist, you take responsibility for diverse tasks in the HR area with a focus on payroll processing. You ensure that all personnel-related processes around payroll are handled precisely, reliably, and on time. With your expertise in everyday HR, you contribute to professional employee support and efficient administrative processes. In a part-time position of 60 to 80 percent, you can apply and further develop your experience. Through your commitment, you make an important contribution to stable HR structures and high service quality.
Responsibilities:
- You take full responsibility for the monthly payroll including pre- and post-processing, social insurances, as well as year-end tasks and closures
- In this role, you manage absence management and act as the contact person for authorities, insurances, and offices
- As an HR Generalist Payroll Specialist, you represent the HR team leader and support with complex personnel-related and administrative issues
- You participate in recruitment and independently handle exit processes and terminations
- In this role, you prepare and check HR reports as well as payroll-relevant data
Qualifications:
- You have completed commercial training with further education in human resources and/or payroll
- You have several years of professional experience in HR, especially in payroll processing
- You possess good knowledge of Swiss social insurances and labour law
- You work independently, in a structured and precise manner
- You gladly take responsibility, contribute in a versatile way within a small HR team, and maintain high discretion
- You present yourself communicatively, service-oriented, and confidently
