You coordinate procurement within your assigned product groups.
You check requirements regarding quantity and desired date.
You obtain, evaluate, and compare offers.
You accompany orders up to invoice approval.
In case of deviations, you clarify prices, delivery dates, and purchasing conditions.
You consistently follow up on delivery delays and outstanding confirmations.
You independently handle complaints as well as returns and replacement deliveries.
You keep SAP master data for materials and suppliers up to date.
Qualifications:
Commercial or technical basic training with understanding of the other discipline.
Several years of experience in operational procurement and disposition.
Confident use of MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.
Confident negotiation skills and an independent working style.
Strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking.
You work reliably and organised even under high workload.
Very good German and good English skills.
French or Italian skills are an additional plus.
