Watchmaking Operator (M/F)

Regularly mandated by various watchmaking manufacturers, our agency is looking for operators to strengthen the existing teams.

Your profile:

• Holder of an AFP or CFC in watchmaking
• Experience in assembling small watch components
• Autonomy, rigour, precision and method
• Proven experience in a repetitive, high-paced production environment
• Strong team spirit
• Excellent manual dexterity and keen eye for detail

• Precisely assemble various watch components
• Carry out casing operations in compliance with established processes
• Perform aesthetic and functional checks of parts
• Ensure the quality and conformity of operations performed
• Work within teams organised in 2x8 or 3x8 shifts
