Your Tasks
Living processes: In a motivated team of specialists, you take on the technical project management responsibility on the client side in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
Shaping solutions: You support the client-side project management in monitoring costs, quality, and deadlines. You actively participate in all SIA phases. You act as a bridge between the Building Construction and Facility Management departments.
Connecting specialist units: As a specialist, you are part of the internal specialist units for heating/cooling and ventilation/air conditioning. Together with the team, you develop new planning guidelines. You share responsibility for the cantonal HVAC regulations.
Your Profile
Experience: Several years of professional experience in planning, execution, and operation of sustainable and energy-efficient HVAC systems in larger buildings. You also have experience coordinating all building services trades.
Personality: You work independently or in a team and have good organisational skills. You support the project team with your interconnected thinking and quick comprehension in complex issues. Your communication is fluent, factual, and appropriate for the audience.
Education: You have completed training as a ventilation or heating engineer FH, federally certified HVAC installer, or equivalent.
