In this role as Head of Medical Controlling, you take responsibility for ensuring that medical services are fully, correctly, and economically represented. You combine leadership strength with analytical thinking and actively drive the further development of our processes. Your professional focus is on medical controlling, and you have the opportunity to gradually take on responsibility for the entire revenue management. You work closely with the team leaders of the areas medical coding, outpatient service management, and rejection management. You further develop the concrete design of your function together with your environment.
Responsibilities:
- You analyse the operational processes of medical controlling at Limmattal Hospital
- In this role, you develop analyses of services, revenues, and contribution margins
- As Head of Medical Controlling, you are responsible for deriving concrete recommendations for action from anomalies in service and revenue data
- You create meaningful analyses and reports for hospital management and our clinics
- In this role, you prepare data sets and simulations
- You work closely with other departments such as medical coding, service management, patient management, and finance
Qualifications:
- You have professional experience in medical controlling in a hospital, preferably with experience using the BI tool HCe
- You bring strong analytical and statistical skills as well as enjoyment in handling complex data
- You have knowledge of SwissDRG, outpatient tariff system, and REKOLE
- You can prepare complex medical-economic contexts understandably and communicate them appropriately to the target audience
- You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented and appreciate collaboration with different professional groups
