Daily Business
- Procurement of raw materials, packaging & technical components
- Monitoring of stocks, delivery dates & open orders
- Coordination & tracking of deliveries
- Handling complaints
- Maintenance of article & master data in the ERP system
- Organisation of material deliveries to external partners
- Support with inventories & general administrative tasks
- Active participation in optimising purchasing & procurement processes
Your Background
- Commercial or technical training (+ commercial further training)
- Experience in purchasing production or industrial operations graphic industry or packaging
- Technical understanding & interest in production processes
- Good ERP & MS Office skills
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills
