In this role, you ensure that modern business software solutions in the areas of CMI and innosolv run reliably and are used optimally. You analyse requirements from different stakeholders and implement them in efficient, stable application solutions. You manage applications throughout their entire lifecycle, coordinate adjustments and ensure smooth operation. In addition, you take responsibility for the continuous optimisation of the deployed solutions to meet the high demands of users.
Responsibilities:
- You advise and support application consultants on technical issues and requirements
- In this role, you analyse and resolve complex application-related disruptions and errors
- As an ICT Application Manager, you install application landscapes and ensure their operation
- You develop security policies, hardening guidelines and checklists
- In this role, you set up monitoring of ongoing application operations and instruct those involved
- As an ICT Application Manager, you standardise and automate operational processes
Qualifications:
- You have training in the IT field
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Server
- You possess solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL
- You bring good knowledge in the area of IDP and Reverse Proxy
- You benefit from experience with innosolv and/or CMI
- You work independently, reliably, responsibly and precisely and are open to innovations, eager to learn and team-oriented
