Responsible Person for ICT Systems (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 98,000Responsibilities:
- You ensure the smooth operation of the IT basic infrastructure (servers, clients, M365, Azure, network, cloud telephony, Claude AI).
- In this role, you take on 1st and 2nd level support and coordinate triage with internal departments and external partners.
- You further develop client management with Intune and Action and procure suitable IT workplace equipment.
- As the responsible person for ICT systems, you support business-specific applications such as care documentation.
- You lead ICT projects and migrations or actively participate in their implementation.
- In this role, you are responsible for updates, backups, licences, certificates, IT security, and IT documentation.
Qualifications:
- Completed ICT training EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- Initial practical experience in IT operations from apprenticeship, internship, or first employment
- Basic knowledge of servers and virtualisation, M365, Azure, Intune, network and cloud PBX as well as willingness to deepen missing knowledge with us
- Enjoy explaining complex IT topics understandably to people without an IT background
- Structured, quality-conscious and reliable working style
- Fluent German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
