Night Receptionist (M/F) – Extra Assignments

Specialising in the fields of hospitality, tertiary sector, medical, industry, technical and construction, our dynamic team is committed to offering you assignments in line with your professional project.

As part of the needs of one of our clients, we are recruiting for temporary assignments, both short and long term, in Vevey.

• Your mission:

  • Welcome and take charge of guests arriving late or early in the morning, with the level of service expected in a luxury hotel
  • Manage check-in / check-out, reservations and special requests
  • Ensure the night audit: day closure, control of receipts and reports
  • Ensure the safety of the establishment and guests (rounds, alarm management, emergency procedures)
  • Answer calls, emails and concierge requests during the night
  • Ensure the transmission of information to the morning teams

• Required skills:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in reception, ideally in high-end hospitality
  • Proficiency in hotel software (Opera, Protel or similar); knowledge of night audit
  • Fluent French and English; German, Italian or another language is an asset
  • Neat appearance, discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Calm, autonomy and ability to manage unexpected situations alone
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
