Real Estate Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Role:
A Swiss company in the real estate sector engaged in the management and development of various properties.
Owners and investors are supported with administrative, commercial and organisational matters concerning their properties – from ongoing management to letting and marketing, as well as other real estate-related services.
The working environment is characterised by personal customer relationships, short communication channels and a strong practical focus. Employees have the opportunity to independently manage their own mandates and areas of responsibility and thereby directly influence the quality of services.
Responsibilities:
You take on the comprehensive management of a varied real estate portfolio and are responsible for all commercial and technical property management matters.
In the area of letting, you conduct property viewings, accompany contract negotiations and organise the handover and acceptance of rental properties.
You coordinate maintenance, renovations and minor conversions with owners, craftsmen, caretakers and other external partners.
You are responsible for ongoing communication, handle correspondence and invoicing, and competently support authorities and other contacts.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education and professional experience in property management form your professional foundation.
You present yourself openly, communicatively and persuasively and can confidently reconcile different interests.
An independent, careful and conscientious working style is natural for you.
You have confident German language skills.
