About the job
The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1,200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

In the Cleaning department, we are looking for a Group Leader Housekeeping 80 - 100% (m/f) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Active participation in the team and ensuring cleanliness and order in the various departments and rooms
- Planning and coordination of general workflows and interim cleaning
- Monitoring compliance with hygiene regulations
- Administrative tasks (scheduling, ordering cleaning supplies, reviewing workflows)
- Conducting qualification interviews in collaboration with the housekeeping management
- Training and coaching of employees
Your Profile
- Training as a certified housekeeper EFZ or building cleaner EFZ
- Experience in housekeeping/cleaning as well as in staff management
- Team-oriented and customer-focused personality with strong assertiveness
- High motivation and willingness to work, including weekends (weekend allowance)
- Good oral and written German skills are mandatory
