Your main tasks
- Reception of patients and their relatives in the department
- Competent and communicative contact and information point for the department as well as receiving, processing and forwarding telephone calls
- Independent execution of administrative and organisational tasks
- Allocation of department beds in close cooperation with the daily responsibility
- Coordination with other services such as hospitality, cleaning, etc.
- Responsible for ordering and maintenance of medicines and consumables in cooperation with supply logistics
- Registration, coordination and organisation of patient examinations/transports
- Equipment management and creation/controlling of repair orders
- Creation of various lists, protocols and other documents on delegation
- Occasional assistance in care, e.g. medical-technical and nursing tasks in the patient room such as blood sampling, circulatory monitoring on delegation
Your profile
- Completed training as a health professional with experience in the acute sector
- You work independently and with priority orientation and have good organisational talent
- You are a committed, flexible and resilient personality with high social competence and appreciate multiprofessional collaboration
- You take initiative, have assertiveness and are resilient
- You have very good oral and written German skills as well as good knowledge of MS Office programmes
