Your responsibilities

• You develop and retain your client portfolio
• You analyse recruitment needs and define the sought profiles
• You regularly visit your clients to maintain a close relationship
• You identify, select and propose candidates matching the clients’ expectations
• You advise and support clients throughout the recruitment process
• You participate in contractual negotiations
• You write and publish attractive job advertisements
• You conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and motivation
• You prepare and support candidates for their interviews
• You ensure regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and during their probation period

Your profile

• You hold a diploma from a higher education institution (university, university of applied sciences or equivalent training)
• You ideally have some professional experience in Switzerland
• You are fluent in French and ideally have good knowledge of English and/or German
• You are a proactive, organised and results-oriented person
• You have a genuine interest in business development and client relations
• You possess good communication skills and a team spirit
