R&D Laboratory Technician

Are you a Laboratory Technician specialised in food sciences, chemistry or a related field? Do you have experience? Do you possess a true team spirit, are proactive and results-oriented? This position could be perfect for you!

Your responsibilities as an R&D Laboratory Technician:

• Carry out laboratory analyses aimed at characterising the "in cup" quality of coffee-based beverages and test different programmes, parameters and machine configurations to evaluate the performance of various extraction systems
• Execute the laboratory equipment control plan and monitor method performance in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards
• Support the validation of new analytical methods
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOP) for methods and tools
• Communicate analytical results to project managers.

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a laboratory technician or equivalent qualification in physics, chemistry.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a laboratory environment
• Knowledge of metrology
• Knowledge of GLP and HSE
• Curious, well organised, proactive and autonomous
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 licence
  
• Fluency in French is mandatory and technical English (written and oral)
