Come join our team as an HR & Payroll Manager (permanent contract, 80%).
Your mission
Through your commitment, you contribute to the smooth running of the organisation by ensuring:
- The reliability of personnel and payroll administrative management;
- Compliance with legal, social and regulatory obligations;
- Professional and quality support for employees.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare contractual documents related to the employee lifecycle;
- Prepare, check and process employees' salaries;
- Manage the complete administration of a population of about 105 employees, including monitoring permits, family allowances, certificates, attestations and wage garnishments;
- Make declarations and follow up on social insurances (AHV, BVG, family allowances, OCE, AFC, etc.);
- Monitor absences, illnesses, accidents and other administrative situations;
- Supervise apprentices on HR administrative aspects;
- Participate in various HR and institutional projects.
Your profile
- Human resources training obtained in Switzerland;
- Proven experience in payroll management in Switzerland;
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and social insurances;
- Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, Microsoft 365, HR and payroll ERP);
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
- Versatile, autonomous, rigorous and organised person;
- Excellent sense of service and team spirit;
- Residence in the canton of Geneva or nearby.
