For one of our clients, a leading hospital located in the Lausanne region, we are seeking Nurses with at least two years of experience in acute care.
You will join committed teams and actively contribute to the quality of patient care in a demanding and stimulating environment.
Nurse (M/F)
Your duties
- Ensure patient care according to current quality and safety standards.
- Perform technical and relational care adapted to the patients' health status.
- Monitor clinical progress and communicate relevant information to the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in the development and follow-up of the care plan.
- Collaborate with doctors and various health professionals to ensure optimal care.
- Ensure traceability of care in the electronic patient record.
Your profile
- HES Nurse diploma or equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
- Minimum 2 years' mandatory experience in acute care within a hospital setting.
- Excellent adaptability and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while favouring interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Availability for temporary assignments.
