Service Technician 80-100% (m/f/d)
Role:
Our client is an established company in the field of electrical and appliance technology, selling, installing and servicing high-quality household appliances. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a reliable individual as a Service Technician. In this role, you will carry out repair, maintenance and installation work directly at customers’ premises.
Responsibilities:
You perform service, maintenance and repair work on household appliances
You install and commission new appliances
You analyse faults and resolve them efficiently
You advise customers on technical questions and support them in using the appliances
You reliably document your work assignments and service reports
You ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
You work closely with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications:
Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ, automation technician EFZ or equivalent
Experience in the service sector or in repairing household appliances is an advantage
Customer-oriented manner and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
Flexibility, commitment and technical understanding
