Your Tasks

• You contribute together with the interprofessional treatment team to stabilising the patients and thus to a better quality of life
• You actively help to implement the ward concept
• You can challenge and develop yourself in your learning process
• Under guidance and in close cooperation with the nursing team, you ensure effective, appropriate and economical patient care
• You provide professional support to the nursing staff in the nursing treatment process
• You support and promote the nursing team in implementing evidence-based nursing

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed the three-year Bachelor degree at the Bern University of Applied Sciences.
• You want to consolidate and deepen your role as a Bachelor nurse and your expertise at the Psychiatric Centre Münsingen
• You are enthusiastic about interdisciplinary collaboration, complex psychiatric issues and appreciate the challenges
• You are a flexible and motivated personality who enjoys actively shaping changes and processes
• You have a goal- and result-oriented mindset and are resilient
