You take responsibility for demanding ICT projects and bring projects from the initial idea to successful implementation. You combine technical understanding with structured project management and know how to bring different interests together into a common solution.
Responsibilities:
You manage ICT projects throughout the entire lifecycle - from initiation and planning to implementation and handover to operations.
You define project goals, milestones, deliverables and priorities and ensure their implementation.
You coordinate internal specialists, departments, external partners and suppliers and ensure clear responsibilities.
You analyse business requirements, question existing processes and develop sustainable solutions together with stakeholders.
You conduct risk, quality and dependency management and ensure reliable project control.
You are responsible for tenders, procurement and contract issues within your projects.
You report progress, budget and risks and contribute your experience to the further development of the ICT project portfolio.
Qualifications:
A qualification or degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable technical qualification.
Several years of experience in managing complex ICT or digitalisation projects.
A recognised further education in project management, for example HERMES, IPMA or PMP.
Experience with classical, agile or hybrid project methods as well as a good understanding of modern IT landscapes.
Broad technical understanding of applications, infrastructure, cloud services and their interaction.
Confident stakeholder management, strong negotiation skills and clear communication in German.
A structured, solution-oriented personality who keeps an overview even with several parallel projects and takes responsibility.
