Metrology Technician / Quality Assurance Staff (m,f,d)

Your tasks: Quality at the highest level

• Active monitoring and assurance of quality-relevant processes throughout the company
• Programming and routine operation of 3D measuring machines (Mitutoyo) and contour measuring devices (optacom)
• Professional creation and processing of deviation reports including initiation of necessary corrective measures
• Independent execution of internal and external quality investigations
  Precise execution of incoming, intermediate and final inspections as well as first sample inspections
• Proper preparation and creation of detailed test plans
• Solution-oriented support of production in case of quality issues
• Understanding and consistent observance of specific customer requirements
• Active participation in various projects, for example in the area of new parts or process optimisation

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or a comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience, ideally in machining as well as in modern measuring and testing methods
• Good and confident IT skills for daily use
