Your Tasks
• Reconciliations and repayments to the canton
• Management of traffic medicine deposits
• Preparation of repayments to patients
• Creation and monitoring of instalment agreements
• Handling of the accounts receivable management email inbox
• Deputising for the posting of incoming payments
• Assistance with the dunning process
• Support for internal and external customers at the hospital cash desk
Your Profile
• Commercial or equivalent basic training
• Experience in accounts receivable management an advantage
• Solid SAP and MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
• Team- and service-oriented
• Proactive working style with high initiative
