Setting up and operating CNC milling machines in the area of 5-axis machining
Preparing tools and setting up machines according to technical specifications
Manufacturing demanding workpieces according to drawings and defined quality standards
Checking and optimising machining programmes as well as commissioning them
Documenting production orders and performing the required system bookings
Carrying out regular maintenance and servicing work on production equipment
Ensuring order, cleanliness and occupational safety in the own work area
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic, production mechanic or comparable qualification
Experience in CNC manufacturing, ideally in milling
Willingness to work in a two-shift system
Technical understanding as well as confident handling of technical drawings and measuring instruments
Precise, reliable and independent working style
Very good German language skills
Team spirit, flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility
