What you will achieve

• Organise and oversee the work of a team of 20 people, while fostering a good team spirit and collaboration
• Monitor productivity and seek concrete solutions to improve daily operations
• Ensure delivery of ordered items and find alternatives in case of unforeseen events
• Coordinate breakdown management to limit their impact on operations
• Report any quality or safety anomalies, use the safety application and actively contribute to problem resolution
• Welcome and train new colleagues at the workstations

What you bring

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialisation: Butcher-charcutier CFC, food technologist or equivalent experience
• Professional experience: 3-5 years in a similar role in the meat or food industry
• You have experience coordinating a small team and managing daily priorities
• You participate in monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and readily suggest improvements
• You appreciate repetitive tasks and are comfortable working in a wet environment
• You are organised, flexible and stress-resistant, and can maintain a sense of priorities during busier periods
• Experience in a retail company or industrial environment is an advantage
• French (A2)
• German (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
