As part of digitalization, Robert Aebi Landtechnik AG is building a national Machine Monitoring Center and thus developing a new, proactive service in Swiss agricultural technology that does not yet exist. The goal is to monitor machines, better support customers, and sustainably strengthen the service.

For this new service, we are looking for a committed personality as

Specialist Machine Condition Monitoring / Technical Support 100% (m/f)
Workplace: Regensdorf or throughout Switzerland (flexible)

You actively shape this new area and additionally support the technical support for John Deere tractors and harvesting machines. You combine mechanics, digital systems, and customer support and help build a new, modern service in agricultural technology. In doing so, you act as an organizer, technician, trainer, data and system specialist, as well as a contact person for partners, customers, dealers, and Robert Aebi locations.

• Monitoring and further development of the Machine Monitoring Center
• Maintenance and ensuring data quality in digital systems
• Planning and tracking of maintenance and service orders
• Collaboration with locations, dealers, and partners for proactive service
• Technical support for complex technical issues (phone, email, remote tools, on-site)
• Training and support of partners and customers
• Participation in the further development of systems in cooperation with suppliers
• Travel activity as well as participation in trade fairs and events
• On-call and weekend service

• Training as an agricultural or construction machinery mechanic EFZ
• Further training as a diagnostician or technician
• Professional experience in agricultural or construction machinery technology, ideally with knowledge of the John Deere brand
• Interest in digital technologies and monitoring systems
• Experience in technical support desirable
• Good IT user skills (diagnosis and remote systems, MS Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Independent and structured way of working
• Team player and strong communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German or French as well as good knowledge of the other national language, English is an advantage
