Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a real estate company located in Zurich with further branches in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, we are looking immediately for an open-minded and ambitious individual for the property management area. You will flexibly support various management teams during personnel and professional bottlenecks in the branches of the German-speaking Switzerland and advocate with exemplary customer orientation for the concerns of owners and tenants.
Responsibilities:
You support various management teams during personnel and professional bottlenecks in the branches of the German-speaking Switzerland (BE, BS, LU, SG, SO, ZH)
You are responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental properties during initial rentals and tenant changes
You maintain direct contact with owners, tenants, property supervisors, craftsmen and authorities
You ensure property maintenance according to the management contract
You conduct periodic property inspections and prepare condition assessments with corresponding reports
You carry out rental contract and rent changes as well as indexed rent adjustments
You monitor the current rent policy and advise property owners on rent setting
Qualifications:
Your mother tongue is German and you have very good correspondence skills
You are digitally savvy and can actively support changes
You work independently and reliably and bring willingness to travel as well as flexibility
You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
You think and act entrepreneurially and demonstrate pleasant manners
