What is my role?

Our client is looking for a dynamic personality with a hands-on mentality who really gets stuck in:

• You control and operate state-of-the-art production equipment and ensure that high-quality products come off the line

• In case of minor malfunctions, you intervene immediately and get the system back on track – downtime is not an option

• You lead your team to success: coordinate, motivate and master the daily production challenges together

• You bring fresh ideas and actively devise clever solutions to make packaging processes even more efficient

• As the right hand of the team management, you take responsibility and actively shape the future of production

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training EFZ in the food or technical sector and experience in a production company

• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for production equipment

• Enjoyment in further developing and supporting employees in everyday work, initial leadership experience is an advantage

• Willingness to work shifts (2-shift model, Monday to Friday and some Saturdays)
