As Team Lead SAP Finance & Reporting, you take on a central role in the further development of our finance and reporting IT landscape. You are an experienced leader with many years of expertise in the SAP finance and analytics environment and lead a dedicated team in the area of Finance & Reporting. Your focus is on the standardization and optimization of end-to-end finance processes in close collaboration with the specialist departments and the successful implementation of transformation and migration projects.

The workplace is our headquarters in the Ambassador House in Opfikon, combined with the possibility to work flexibly from home office.

Your responsibilities:

• In this role, you are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and strategic further development of the finance and reporting application landscape (including SAP FI/CO, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Finance & Reporting team, including coaching, development, and performance management.
• This includes the analysis, standardization, and optimization of end-to-end finance and reporting processes in close collaboration with the specialist departments.
• You are responsible for stakeholder management and ensure successful implementation through close cooperation with Finance, Controlling, Group IT, other IT teams, and external partners.
• As Finance IT Lead in SAP S/4HANA transformation rollouts (greenfield approach with global template), you also professionally and technically accompany the transformation from SAP BW/4HANA to SAP Datasphere and contribute to the implementation of planning and reporting solutions in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere.

Why you succeed:

• You have completed vocational training and bring at least 10 years of experience in the SAP Finance & Reporting environment (FI/CO, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud) as well as 5 years of leadership experience as a team lead.
• You have solid knowledge of finance and controlling processes (Record-to-Report as well as planning and forecasting processes) and experience in leading complex IT transformation and migration projects; experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Additionally, you have proven experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of teams as well as high competence in stakeholder and expectation management at operational and management levels.
• You are characterized by a structured, solution-oriented, and decisive working style and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams.
• You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
