Your field of activity

• Medical, organisational and economic overall responsibility for the clinic of general internal medicine at the Sursee location
• Strategic and conceptual further development of the clinic in line with the medical strategy of the LUKS Group
• Ensuring the highest quality standards in diagnostics and therapy
• You take over the professional and personnel leadership of the medical team and are responsible for medical training as well as the education of assistant doctors WB category B
• You take responsibility for the budget, resource management and economic development of the clinic.
• Representation of the clinic inside and outside the hospital as well as strengthening regional and national networks, and maintaining the existing network with general practitioners/referrers
• You support the planning of the new building and the associated organisational development

Your experience

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine, additional qualifications such as EMBA, Sonography Tutor, Master of Medical Education are advantageous
• Very broad and proven internal medicine expertise
• Several years of leadership experience as a senior physician is an advantage
• Pronounced leadership, social and communication skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Strategic, innovative thinking and interest in continuous clinical and organisational development
• Interest and understanding of business management contexts as well as openness regarding digitalisation
