We want to focus on the essentials and value-adding activities. We are looking for a project buyer for demanding procurement projects. These include project procurement of services in IT, OT, facility management, and marketing.

What tasks await you?

• Assisting in the development of the procurement strategy and the resulting implementation measures in the responsible area - direct contact person for procurement-specific questions for the individual departments.
• Sourcing suitable companies at project and innovation level.
• Active collaboration in project teams with project managers and external partners.
• Planning tenders for the respective project and conducting tenders in close coordination with the requisitioner.
• Elevating your assigned product groups to a high level in terms of supplier strategy and supplier management.
• Evaluating offers, achieving an award decision based on total cost aspects and agreed with the project team.
• Contract creation and conducting contract negotiations considering all relevant aspects such as cost-effectiveness, quality, deadlines, and risk assessment.
• Contract monitoring and early intervention in case of emerging contract breaches of any kind.
• Interface between internal stakeholders and suppliers/companies.
• Establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers/companies.
• Conducting supplier audits in collaboration with the Q-Manager.

What do we expect from you?

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or IT.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in indirect project procurement, ideally in IT, OT, facility management, and marketing.
• Outgoing, team-oriented, and communicative personality.
• You are flexible, resilient, and can adapt to new requirements at any time.
• In addition to fluent German, you have very good French language skills; good English skills are an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP SAP MM.
