Your mission:
You are a committed individual with enthusiasm, drive, and the ambition to actively develop project procurement further. You think process-oriented, promote digitalisation and automation, and enjoy contributing creatively. In this role, you are responsible for demanding procurement projects, especially in the areas of construction services and plant engineering, for our internal stakeholders at Primeo Wärme AG and Primeo Netz AG.What to expect with us
- You plan and conduct tenders in close collaboration with project management and demand holders.
- You analyse and evaluate offers and make well-founded award decisions based on total costs.
- You take over contract management considering cost-effectiveness, quality, deadlines, sustainability, and risks (including claim management).
- You identify and develop suitable suppliers at project and innovation levels (Source-to-Contract).
- You actively participate in interdisciplinary project teams with internal and external partners.
- You contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies for defined product groups.
- You conduct public tenders in a regulated environment (SIMAP / GATT WTO) while complying with relevant thresholds.
- You act as an interface between internal departments and external partners.
- You further develop supplier management focusing on supply security, innovation, quality, and sustainability.
- You actively shape digitalisation and automation initiatives in the procurement process (KVP).
- You ensure the continuation of ongoing topics during team absences.
What you bring
- You have a degree in business, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in direct project procurement, ideally in construction, electrical engineering, or plant engineering.
- You are a communicative, team-oriented person who enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- You work flexibly, resiliently, and solution-oriented and gladly face new challenges.
- You have very good German and good French skills; English skills are an advantage.
- You are proficient in MS Office and SAP MM.
