Customer Service Technician Refrigeration Technology 80-100% (m/f) - You stay cool even in tricky situations!
Your tasks- Preparation of offers and processing of customer enquiries
- Obtaining, ordering and monitoring spare parts as well as delivery dates
- Handling customer concerns via telephone, e-mail and chat
- Processing complaints and actively finding solutions
- Support and deputising for the customer service manager
- Coordination and scheduling of service technicians
- Ensuring the necessary information and materials for the service technicians
- Deputising for the department head
- Technical training related to building services engineering and experience in a comparable customer service role
- Further training as a technical sales specialist is an advantage
- German as mother tongue
- Independent, structured and proactive working style
