Your main tasks include:
- Setting up and operating modern CNC long-turning machines
- Creating, adjusting, and optimising CNC programmes
- Manufacturing complex individual parts and series components
- Continuous inspection of manufactured workpieces according to specified quality requirements
- Monitoring ongoing production and early detection of deviations
- Independently making necessary corrections to the machine and programme
- Ensuring a stable and trouble-free manufacturing process
- Co-responsibility for consistently high manufacturing quality
Ideally, you have:
- Completed training as a polymechanic or a comparable technical qualification
- Practical experience in CNC machining, preferably in long turning
- Good knowledge of CNC programming
- Experience with CNC controls from the Fanuc environment
- A strong quality awareness as well as good technical understanding
- A precise, reliable, and independent working style
- Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute ideas
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written

In this versatile role, you will take on a central position in CNC manufacturing. You will ensure that demanding precision parts are produced efficiently, on time, and to the required quality.Your main tasks include:
