Property Manager Residential Properties - Kreuzlingen (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you will take on demanding tasks in property management or administration and operate in an environment that covers both classic fiduciary services and comprehensive real estate services. You will manage mandates related to accounting, annual financial statements, payroll accounting, as well as tax and business consulting, thereby contributing to professional financial support for SMEs. Additionally, you will be involved in the management and sale of properties, using your expertise to create sustainable solutions. You will work with modern infrastructure, benefit from flexible employment conditions, and enjoy a family-like, collegial working atmosphere. Your personal development will be actively supported so that you can continuously expand your professional competence.
Responsibilities:
You manage your own property portfolio (rental) or assist with it
You conduct inspections and handovers of apartments, including preparing final accounts
You handle initial and re-lettings as well as the preparation of rental contracts, terminations, and advertisements
You correspond with owners, tenants, and authorities
You ensure the maintenance and upkeep of properties and objects, including contract management
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or technical education with experience in property management
You are open to further training in property management
You are confident and proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as property management software
You are an independent, team-oriented, and proactive personality
You communicate fluently in German
