Educator (M/F) at 100%

In the heart of the Côte between lake, vineyards and mountains, the L’Espérance foundation, established in 1872, is a specialised institution working for children and adults with disabilities.

We are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of an educator to our socio-professional support management, Day Centres sector, Velours workshop.

The Velours workshop is intended to welcome beneficiaries mainly presenting pharmaco-resistant epilepsy.

Mission:

• you support people with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders and who have pharmaco-resistant epilepsy
• you develop and implement individual and specific care plans
• you participate in the organisation and management of the workshop
• you work on development and collaborate with various partners.

Profile:

• ES/HES educator diploma or equivalent qualification
• professional experience with people with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders
• dynamic person with good teamwork and interdisciplinary skills
• structured and organised professional with a sense of responsibility
• good stress resistance
• holder of a driving licence
• good knowledge of common computer tools.
