Role:
In this position, you lead and develop a maintenance team and ensure reliable, efficient, and future-oriented plant operation. You combine technical expertise with digital thinking and focus on preventive and predictive maintenance to continuously optimise processes and availability.
Responsibilities:
Leading and further developing the maintenance team
Planning and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
Introducing and maintaining digital tools and systems for condition monitoring
Coordinating the RCM process and mapping it in SAP-PM
Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to increase plant availability and efficiency
Qualifications:
Technical basic training with advanced education
Several years of experience in the maintenance of industrial plants
Broad technical knowledge in mechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Experience with SAP-PM or comparable systems
