About the job
For a technologically demanding and internationally active industrial company in mechanical and plant engineering, we are looking for a technically skilled individual who enjoys varied assembly and service assignments at home and abroad. In this position, you will combine internal machine assembly with regular international service assignments and accompany technically demanding systems until their reliable operation at the customer’s site.
- Execution of international service, maintenance, and repair assignments
- Analysis and rectification of technical faults directly at the customer’s site
- Support during commissioning and technical adjustments
- Ensuring professional and high-quality execution of work
- Documentation of completed service and assembly work
- International travel activity of around 50%, sometimes with assignments lasting several weeks
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments as well as international customers and contacts
- Good mechanical knowledge and pronounced technical understanding
- Experience in mechanical engineering, assembly, maintenance, or service technology is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of direct interaction with machines and technical systems
- High reliability and sense of responsibility
- High international travel readiness of approx. 50%
- Willingness to be abroad for several weeks at a time if necessary
- Enjoyment of contact with international customers and different cultures

Tasks

Profile
- Completed technical basic training, for example as a polymechanic, automation technician, mechanic, plant and apparatus builder, agricultural machinery mechanic, or comparable training- Good mechanical knowledge and pronounced technical understanding
- Experience in mechanical engineering, assembly, maintenance, or service technology is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
