Customer Service Employee Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 80,000Responsibilities:
- You handle customer enquiries professionally and create suitable offers
- In this role, you record and maintain orders in the BC system
- You take care of the creation and dispatch of order confirmations
- As a customer service employee internal sales, you manage framework orders from recording to processing
- You monitor delivery dates and communicate actively with customers and internal departments
- You accompany and support apprentices during their training
Qualifications:
- You have completed commercial training
- Experience in order processing distinguishes you
- You convince through your motivation, flexibility and openness to new challenges
- A technical background is an advantage and ideally rounds off your profile
- You communicate confidently in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Your structured way of working helps you keep an overview even in complex situations
