Role:

We are a leading real estate company and are looking to strengthen our team immediately with an experienced property manager (m/f/d). In this role, you are responsible for the professional care and management of our property portfolios. You ensure that our properties are managed optimally and tenant satisfaction remains high. If you have an affinity for real estate and enjoy working independently, we offer you an exciting challenge in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Management and administration of residential and commercial properties
Handling tenancy agreements from contract drafting to termination
Conducting apartment inspections, handovers and viewings
Preparation and review of rental contracts as well as implementation of rent adjustments
Handling tenant concerns and supporting property owners
Monitoring and coordinating maintenance, renovation and repair work
Collaboration with craftsmen, service providers and caretakers
Preparation of service charge statements and monitoring of payment receipts
Planning and implementation of cost optimisation measures
Conducting property inspections to ensure quality and safety
Preparation of reports and documentation for owners and management

Qualifications:

Federal diploma as a property manager
Several years of professional experience as a property management clerk or in a junior role
Digitally savvy and able to actively support change
Independent and reliable working style
Customer-oriented
Native German speaker
