The Centre for Consultation and Liaison Psychiatry and Psychosomatics (headed by Dr med Rafael Meyer) is part of the Clinic for Consultation, Geriatric and Neuropsychiatry (Clinic Director Dr med Rafael Meyer MHA). It includes an outpatient clinic in Dättwil as well as the psychiatric-psychosomatic consultation and liaison service for acute hospitals, rehabilitation clinics and long-term care facilities for people with mental impairments. The centre also offers various specialist clinics (e.g. Memory Clinic, Gynaecopsychiatry, Obesity, Psycho-oncology) with professional proximity to other medical disciplines. The centre is an SIWF-recognised training centre for psychiatry and psychotherapy, geriatric psychiatry and consultation and liaison psychiatry.

Profile

• Completed training as a medical or hospital secretary, commercial or equivalent training
• Professional experience in a similar role in healthcare
• Confident German, secure IT skills (especially MS Office)
• Enjoyment of patient contact (by phone and in person)
• Flair for organisation and planning, networked thinking, independent, efficient and reliable working style
• Flexible, team-oriented and resilient personality

Tasks

• Ensuring secretariat operations, appointment management and other organisational tasks
• Electronic medical record management with KIS/Orbis
• Patient reception, operation of the telephone system and general secretarial tasks, ordering system
• Writing medical-psychiatric reports and general correspondence from dictaphone
• Recording, checking and correcting outpatient patient data with Navision, KIS/Orbis
