Lead demanding IT projects for SMEs and actively shape modern IT infrastructures! As a Senior ICT System Engineer, you are responsible for deployment projects, manage cloud and on-premise solutions, and support 2nd-level support in a motivated team. Your Tasks
- Planning, implementation and support of deployment projects (Cloud & On-Premise, Workplace & Infrastructure)
- Maintenance, optimisation and further development of existing customer systems in the SME environment
- Support of the service desk in 2nd-level support
- Maintenance of documentation and creation of configuration instructions
- Promotion of internal knowledge exchange and coaching of team colleagues
Our Requirements
- Completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ, ideally with HF/FH further education
- Several years of experience in a comparable senior IT position
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft products, Citrix, VMware and comparable technologies; certifications are an advantage
- Team player with a high quality standard
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
